24  Observed the following clean dishware/tableware not properly stored: 1. utensils on rack on cart next to stove and grey push cart stored in different directions - store in one direction w/handle presented; 2. clean bowls stored upright - invert on a clean, dry surface; 3. silverware in bar wrapped in napkin but food contact area is exposed; 4. ice scoop on top if dirty ice machine next to wood finish.
